 The magic of the Tigris is beyond beauty; it touches your heart with love and tenderness. Being near its waters, after 25 years in exile, had an immense spiritual presence that is still with me after all these years. as young boys we swam across its clear waters, ran and played along its green shores with a joy that has abandoned its surroundings, lately.
