The Tigris - Mosul 2004 , As always the great river offered its love in a proud silence. Being near its waters, after 25 years in exile, had an immense spiritual presence that is still with me after all these years. as young boys we swam across its clear waters, ran and played along its green shores with a joy that has abandoned its soul lately.
